My neighbours are so funny. Just to give you the background on things, we have been having major issues with our increasingly vindictive body corporate manager.
One of my neighbours rang my doorbell this evening and handed me some forms. When I asked what they were for, he replied with uncharacteristic glee:
Its so we can get rid of the body corporate bitch.
*pause*
Wait.. I meant manager.
HAHAHAHHAHHAHA
