Productive weekend

This weekend was absolutely fantastic because I got so many things done. :)

- Did the laundry

- Dropped some old clothes off at the local charity bin

- Bought some merino thermals on sale at Kathmandu (I won't freeze this winter!)

- Got a haircut (about time too)

- Bought a mango sponge cake from Breadtop (managed to get it home unsquished)

- Visited my godmother before heading to church to give her aforementioned cake (she is having a lot of mouth ulcers from chemo so I was really happy that I got her something she could eat)

- Went to church (nearly made it on time despite taking the train, tram and walking part of the way!)

- Had lunch with friends (my regular bunch of kakis)

- Bought myself a bottle of wine (was going to drink it today but I got distracted)

- Decimated weed population *insert evil laugh here*

- Did the groceries

- Experimented with new salmon teriyaki recipe (success!!!)

- Called Poh Poh :D

I love productive weekends!
